d-Color MF2556 - MF3556

The d-Color MF2556 and MF3556 colour multifunctional systems are designed to make document management simpler, faster, and more reliable. Thanks to the latest generation laser technology and the Jaws development platform, they offer high performance and customisable workflows.

With a print speed of up to 25/35 pages per minute in A4, they are designed to deliver professional-quality prints, ensuring flawless results in both colour and black and white. The print resolution of up to 1200 × 1200 dpi ensures crisp, detailed prints, while the first page is ready in seconds, without slowing down productivity.

The user experience is designed to be intuitive and immediate: the motion sensor automatically wakes the device, an LED indicates documents in the tray, the NFC area is more visible and the operation panel has been further optimised. During operation, the display provides real-time information on energy consumption, allowing the user to monitor device usage.

Whether dealing with standard documents or more creative projects, these multifunctional systems easily handle formats from A6R up to SRA3, including banner prints up to 1,220 mm. The standard capacity of 1,150 sheets can be expanded up to 7,150 sheets, ideal for offices with high workloads. Automatic double-sided printing is supported even on heavy paper weights.

Scanning is extremely fast, up to 200 ipm (300 dpi, A4, double-sided with DP-7160/7170), guaranteeing high productivity even when handling large volumes. Advanced image optimisation tools are available, such as text and highlighter erasure, defect removal and a dedicated ID Card function. Files can be saved in various formats, including advanced compression or OCR recognition (optional).

Operational efficiency is further improved by the 8-in-1 copy function, which expands on the 2-in-1 and 4-in-1 modes and offers greater flexibility in document management. The availability of standard and high-capacity toners allows you to choose the most suitable solution for different print volumes, guaranteeing great autonomy and operational continuity even in the most dynamic work environments.
